I understand that the cost of therapy can pose a real financial strain and that my usual session fee might be unaffordable, so I offer a sliding scale lower than my typical rate for a limited number of patients.
I am an out of network provider. Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits, particularly for mental health services. If your insurance offers these benefits, I will provide you with a statement each month that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
My patients can submit their out of network claims free of charge through using Reimbursify, which communicates directly with insurance companies to get you reimbursed more quickly. Download the app here.

Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
If so, what portion of the fee will insurance reimburse?
How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
Do I have an out of network deductible?
Is there a co-payment?
What is the max allowable reimbursement rate for the following codes: 90791, 90837, 90834?
