EMDR Intensives allow us to do deeper therapeutic work over a shorter period of time. Instead of stretching healing out over months or years, we concentrate the process into a streamlined experience that respects your time, energy, and resources—while still delivering powerful results.
Every intensive is thoughtfully customized. We’ll collaborate to design a schedule and treatment plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and nervous system capacity. Some clients choose several consecutive days of focused work, while others opt for strategically spaced sessions that maintain momentum while fitting into daily life.
Although EMDR is widely known for trauma treatment, its effectiveness extends far beyond trauma alone. This approach can support healing from anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, and other emotional challenges that feel stuck or overwhelming. Think of this program as a structured, high-impact container for emotional growth—one that supports clarity, resilience, and lasting change.

EMDR Intensive Therapy can be conducted in two different ways:
Multiple Consecutive Days: This option involves consecutive days of therapy, ranging from 2-4 hours per day. By dedicating uninterrupted time to the therapeutic process, we can delve deep into the work, accelerating your progress and promoting transformative change.
Ongoing Clusters: Alternatively, I offer the option of organizing therapy sessions in 3-hour clusters. These clusters can be scheduled to suit your availability and allow for ongoing treatment while still achieving the benefits of an intensive approach.
